  THE NIGERIA MICRO FINANCE TECHNOLOGY CONGRESS 2009

  :: 2009 events

Introduction

A careful study of the Nigeria e-banking industry revealed that the challenges faced by card business managers in banks are relatively more complex today than what it used to be a few years back.

The average marketing executive will therefore have to cope with multi-dimensional variables emanating from People, Culture and Structure. The fact that these variables are in themselves dynamic in nature further extends the complexity they have to grapple with, especially those that deal with electronic banking services or products.

The card marketing and business development course therefore serves to empower marketing officers in banks and card companies to use fundamental principles of business to drive sales in an effective manner.
